At Thackeray’s we offer a wide range of menus to suit all occasions.
Our ‘Du Jour Menu’ is available at lunchtime from Tuesday to Saturday. The menu changes every two weeks and is ideal for business lunches or an impromptu treat.
The ‘A la Carte Menu’ is available for lunch or dinner throughout the week; each dish is meticulously crafted to offer the finest produce prepared with the utmost attention. The ‘A la Carte Menu’ changes on a rolling basis in order to offer local and seasonal produce at its best.
As its name suggests, the ‘Market Menu’ reflects daily availability, enabling us to offer our customers the freshest produce. Available every weekday evening this menu is the perfect solution for a mid-week feast.
The ‘Chef’s Tasting Menu’ has been created so you can enjoy smaller portions of some of Thackeray’s signature dishes. Available for lunch or dinner every day, this seven course feast can also be accompanied by a glass of wine, expertly chosen to match each course, from our award winning wine list.
On Sundays we offer a four choice, three course set menu. Join us for a relaxing aperitif in the ‘Gold Bar’ whilst you leaf through the Sunday papers, before enjoying the finest Roast Sirloin of Sussex Breed Beef served ‘Yorkshire Style’.
For parties over eight persons, we have a seasonal function menu, enabling us to offer the same impeccable level of service whilst preserving the quality and integrity of the food, for larger groups.
