We are delighted to welcome award-winning celebrity chef Paul Rankin to Thackeray’s on 12 March 2026, for a special collaboration dinner with Pat and the Thackeray’s team.
Paul was the first chef to be awarded a Michelin star in Northern Ireland and went on to open a string of highly acclaimed, award-winning restaurants across Ireland.
A familiar and much-loved face on television, Paul has appeared on numerous cookery programmes including Ready Steady Cook and Saturday Kitchen.
Patrick and Paul will be creating an 8 course menu celebrating Paul’s Irish roots, with his usual left-field take on traditional ingredients!
Tickets will be priced at £150 per person,

The evening will commence at 6.30pm with food served at 7pm
