Bitterness from the Santoni Amaro, a blend of 34 botanicals including Rhubarb Root, Iris Flower and Olive, a hint of sweetness from the St. Germain Elderflower liqueur topped with Classic Cuvee sparkling from our friends  at Hidden Springs Vineyard in Horam.

Think Sbagliato meets Hugo!

INGREDIENTS:
SANTONI AMARO 25ml
ST GERMAIN ELDERFLOWER 25ml
SPARKLING WINE

GLASS: HI-BALL

METHOD: FILL GLASS WITH CRUSHED ICE & TOP WITH SPARKLING WINE

GARNISH: MINT TIP/G’FRUIT TWIST
